Recently I was delighted to be approached to do an interview about Health and Well-Being. The interviewer had themselves suffered from a a very painful spinal condition called scoliosis. Although my own personal background in having the very same condition forced me along the lines of Health and Well-Being, a few years my professional lifeĀ ago was actually consumed by educating children and young people.
The interview, though initially being of interest to those with spinal issues, touched on a variety of things across the Educational, Health and Well-Being areas and the feedback from the listeners was more than positive. Having had the experience of mixing my personal experiences with my professional ones it goes to prove that every experience we have in life is a learning one.
So, the next time you wonder if you can move, change or have to settle in what your feel you are stuck at for the longer term, remember that every little experience is there it to bring you where you need to go in life.
Just take it one step at a time.
